Returns & Refunds
At Grafty, we want you to love every item you purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In its original, unused condition
- With all original tags and packaging intact
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
Please contact us at lenient.payroll3u@icloud.com to request a return. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
Once your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label along with clear instructions. Please do not send items back without first contacting us — returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at lenient.payroll3u@icloud.com so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.)
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Personal care items (beauty, skincare, wellness products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
European Union (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. The same condition and packaging requirements apply.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at lenient.payroll3u@icloud.com.
