At Grafty, we strive to get your premium home & lifestyle products to you as quickly and reliably as possible.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We partner with reliable carriers to offer secure and trackable shipping. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier schedules.
- Standard Shipping (Domestic US): 5-10 business days
- International Shipping: 10-25 business days (depending on destination and customs processing)
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. Free shipping is available on orders over $49 (US only).
International orders may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.
Order Tracking
You can track your package using the tracking link sent to your email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active after shipment.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Delays & Issues
While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
